Filezilla Pro doesn't have an encryption feature like you get with Cyberduck and there's no Linux client, either. FTPS, SFTP and WebDAV. However, neither support Amazon S3 or any other. S3 is not a proprietary protocol of Amazon, s3 is a trade name for amazon's implementation of a REST file access API. There are other services that implement the same protocol, and I purchased the Filezilla pro version with the intention of using with a non-amazon REST file service. In the Amazon S3 directory (the source), choose the files that you want to transfer, and drag and drop them into your local directory (the target). Use FileZilla Use the instructions that follow to transfer files from the command line using FileZilla.
